Breathwork was the next step in my self development I didn't know I needed.  I had never had a breathwork session before, so I had no idea what to expect.

Meagan made me feel so comfortable and calm.  I was able to surrender and be free to feel whatever came up for me.  Words can hardly describe how my body felt during the session, I was affirming self compassion and forgiveness for myself and I felt as though my body was wrapped in a warm cocoon of gentle hugs, my core was vibrating and my mind was relaxed and vulnerable to my thoughts and self-expressions.

Following the session, It felt like it was difficult to speak or put into words what I had experienced.  When I finally did speak, tears flowed freely and my heart broke open in a flood of self compassion.
