Breathwork Testimonials

Breathwork with Meg is inspiring, therapeutic, cathartic, and meditative. This was my first time experiencing breathwork and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for release and growth.

I returned for 5 sessions with Meg, and each one built on the next. With every session, Meg allowed me to feel safer and encouraged me to dig deeper into my experience.

Prior to practicing breathwork I did not fully understand the power of breathing. I now can exercise breathing patterns in my everyday life that allows me to feel grounded. Something I did not have before.

Breathwork was the next step in my self development, I didn't know I needed.  I had never had a breathwork session before, so I had no idea what to expect.

Meagan made me feel so comfortable and calm.  I was able to surrender and be free to feel whatever came up for me.  Words can hardly describe how my body felt during the session, I was affirming self compassion and forgiveness for myself and I felt as though my body was wrapped in a warm cocoon of gentle hugs, my core was vibrating and my mind was relaxed and vulnerable to my thoughts and self-expressions.

Following the session, It felt like it was difficult to speak or put into words what I had experienced.  When I finally did speak, tears flowed freely and my heart broke open in a flood of self compassion. I released a lot of guilt, shame, expectations and disappointment that day. I was able to see myself for the wonderful person I have become and I have stopped feeling guilty for wanting to make her better. And for giving her the time she needs to do it.

Thanks Meagan, I plan to make breathwork a regular thing.  I have noticed a change in my self compassion that I have never experienced or been able to reach before.

I went into my first breathwork session with Meg, with absolutely no prior knowledge of breathwork, or what to expect. I went with an open mind and a hope to relax and use it to connect to myself on a deeper level. To say I was absolutely hooked, after that first session is an understatement. With Megs guidance, calm voice and awesome playlists, I have finally found a way to connect to my inner self, to relax my mind, to release what no longer serves me and to open up to whatever intentions I've set.

Prior to finding breathwork, I would try other forms of meditation and often found myself unable to focus, guided breathwork has helped me to do do just that. It has also helped me to learn techniques to bring into my daily life, when I need a moment to center myself, or destress. I look forward to each session and to leaving it feeling calm and at peace. I encourage everyone to try it once, you won't regret it!
